Cultural Activities
VVians leverage the advantage of participating in diversified cultural activities throughout the academic session. It widens horizons and can add another dimension to life. It provides enjoyment and stimulates the mind, giving Students ample
opportunities to participate in Intraschool, Interschool and Zonal Competition to unwrap their latent talent and virtuosity. VVians recognise, discuss and criticise music, art, architecture etc., and give reasons for our likes and dislikes. This extends vocabulary and communication skills. Cultural activities are well
planned and executed to instil and hone various skills like Confidence, Creativity and teamwork in the students. It fosters an understanding of other cultures and helps us understand that there is more than one approach to life.
Celebrating Enriching Knowledge
Adventures are mostly fun filled. When Learning is made a life-long adventure, it doesn’t appear like work but something that learners would look forward to. At VVS, students celebrate knowledge and skill by making it an occasion to exhibit them in the form of celebration. Every year students look forward to these subject weeks that introduce them to new activities, challenges and games in specific subjects.
A lot of thought goes into creating the schedule for subject weeks. They are spread throughout the year so that students do not feel the burden of having to take part in so many activities.
